Russell Brown Project
Photo Editing Software Class: Exploring Adobe Photoshop: The Objective of this assignment was to use the knowledge we've gained in order to fit Russell Brown's face onto a "costume." There are many different tools you can use to go about this project. The ones I used were the Erase tool, Neural Filters, Dodge&Burn tools, and the Spot Healing Brush.
Behind the Scenes: The Before Image
Step 1: Use the Free Transform tool in order to fit Russell's face onto the image.
Step 2: Make sure you are on the Russell layer and use the Erase tool to remove any unwanted area. You can also use the Spot Healing Brush tool to remove any spots or wrinkles.
Step 3: go to Filter<Neural Filters<Colorize to match the color of the lava girl image. You can make adjustments as needed.
Step 4: To create a shadow and highlights on the face to copy the lava girl image, use the Dodge tool to create highlights, and the Burn tool to create shadows.
